Admission requirements

Requirements for Candidates to be admitted to the MBA program offered by University of Management in cooperation with Clark University (USA):

  • Master’s Degree in any field
  • 2 years of work experience (preferred 1 year in a managerial position)
  • English language proficiency
  • Submitting the required documents and paying the registration fee before the admission deadline (16th of October)

Candidates applying from outside of the European Union who are required to obtain a visa before entering Poland, are subject to a different recruitment procedure. They must submit all necessary documents and pay for the first year of studies before they receive the Letter of Acceptance, required when applying for a visa. It is suggested that all the documents are submitted 2 months before the beginning of the program, in order to reserve enough time to accomplish all formalities.

1. Required forms and documents

All the required forms & documents listed below should be submitted to the Admission Offices of Clark University in Warsaw, 11 Lucka St. or in Lodz, 121 Gdanska St. before the admission deadline.

  • Transcript (complete academic record – courses and grades)
  • Resume / CV
  • Document confirming professional experience
  • Motivational letter
  • Copy of ID card / passport
  • 5 photographs
  • Confirmation of registration fee payment 

2. Language requirements

Candidates applying for admission to the MBA program are required to confirm their English language proficiency at an appropriate level. In order to test their level of English, Candidates undergo TOEFL Equivalent exam. The minimum score required to enter Master of Business Administration program is 500 points (out of 677).

Exemption from the TOEFL-equivalent test applies to Candidates who:

  1. are from a country where English is the official language
  2. have finished higher education program in English
  3. have one of the following language certificates:
    • TOEFL iBt – minimum score 90 points
    • IELTS – minimum level 6
    • TOEIC - minimum 785 points
    • FCE - grade A
    • CAE - regardless of the grade
    • CPE - regardless of the grade
